These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all services, coaching, workshops, digital products, online courses, and any other offerings provided through lauravanhapelto.com (“Website”), operated by Embodied Wisdom Coaching Oy (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By purchasing or using any of our services or products, you agree to these Terms.
Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

We offer a variety of services and digital products, including:

• 1:1 coaching sessions

• Coaching packages

• Digital downloads (PDFs, workbooks, guides)

• Online courses

• Gift cards

• Additional services as described on the Website

3. Eligibility & Use

You must be:

• at least 18 years old, and

• legally capable of entering a binding agreement

By purchasing or engaging with our services, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in euros (€) and represent the final amount payable by the customer.

Embodied Wisdom Coaching Oy is currently not VAT liable, and therefore all prices include 0% VAT in accordance with Finnish tax regulations. If our VAT status changes in the future, prices displayed on the Website will continue to show the final consumer price, with any applicable VAT included.

We accept payments via:

• Stripe (credit and debit cards)

• PayPal

• Other payment methods that may be added later

You authorize us and our payment processors to charge the full amount at the time of purchase.
We reserve the right to update pricing at any time.

5. Delivery of Digital Products & Online Courses

Digital downloads are delivered immediately after purchase, typically via:

• direct download link

• email delivery

• account area (if applicable)

Online courses may be provided through:

• an external course platform

• login credentials

• email access

• a dedicated online portal

According to EU digital content regulations, once digital content delivery has begun (e.g., download started or access provided), you waive your right to withdrawal. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.

6. Delivery of Coaching Sessions

Coaching sessions are delivered online via:

• Zoom

• Google Meet

• or another mutually agreed platform

You will receive an email confirmation and session details after booking or purchasing.
Coaching is not psychotherapy, medical treatment, or a substitute for licensed mental health care.

7. Workshops & Events

Workshops may occur:

• online

• in-person

Details including time, platform, or location will be provided on the event page and in your confirmation email.

We reserve the right to reschedule or modify workshops due to:

• illness

• insufficient enrollment

• technical issues

• unforeseen circumstances

Any changes or cancellations will be handled according to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

8. Gift Cards

Gift cards:

• are non-refundable

• may be used toward eligible services or products

• must be used before the expiration date

• cannot be exchanged for cash

9. Intellectual Property

All materials provided by Embodied Wisdom Coaching Oy – including:

• PDFs

• videos

• worksheets

• written content

• course modules

• exercises

• branding

• original methods

– are protected by copyright.

You may not:

• share

• copy

• distribute

• resell

• upload

• publicly display

• teach or repurpose

any content without prior written permission.

10. Personal Responsibility

By purchasing and participating in services, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are responsible for your own physical, emotional, and mental well-being.

• Coaching is not therapy, medical advice, or crisis intervention.

• You must seek appropriate professional help when necessary.

• Results vary and depend on your personal effort, readiness, and circumstances.

Your participation is voluntary and at your own discretion.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

• We make no guarantees regarding results or outcomes.

• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service or product.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal data is processed according to our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.
The newest version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Finnish law.
Any disputes shall be resolved in Finland, in accordance with applicable regulations.
