We explore your deepest desires – whether they relate to love, empowerment, or sexuality – as well as your conditioned thoughts, behaviors, and triggers that keep you from achieving them. We set meaningful goals that ignite your passion, and use concrete, proven methods to achieve them.

Ancient Wisdom & Modern Science

My coaching is based on the VITA™ Method, which takes the most effective teachings of modern neurobiology, holistic healing, and modern coaching, and blends them with ancient wisdom & teachings. VITA™ stands for: “The Vital and Integrated Tantric Approach."

I use tools like meditation, visualization, breath work, movement, sound, pleasure and energy awareness for a holistic mind-body experience. I guide you through mind opening conversations, powerful somatic practices, and customize homework to support your well-being and growth.

Our sessions are online, ensuring you a safe space in the comfort of your own home. I coach in English and in Finnish.
