Open Doors at the School of Embodied Wisdom

Welcome to an afternoon of connection, embodiment and exploration at the School of Embodied Wisdom in Helsinki.

Join us on Saturday September 24, from 12–18 in Sörnäinen for workshops, treatments, conversations, movement and shared presence. This is an opportunity to get to know the space, meet the facilitators, experience different approaches to embodiment and personal growth, and connect with openhearted people in a relaxed atmosphere.

Throughout the day, you can participate in workshops, enjoy music and connection, and book 30-minute sample sessions with the facilitators.

I will be offering an embodied workshop inviting you to slow down, reconnect with yourself and deepen your connection to your body through presence, awareness and movement.

I will also be available during the day for 30-minute Embodied Empowerment sessions.
