Embodied
Feminine Wisdom

A journey into softness, power and pleasure.
This three-evening journey invites you to return to the
wisdom that lives deep within your body.

Over three Thursday evenings, we create a safe space together where you can let go of roles, soften out of doing and performing, and pause to listen to the messages of your body.

Through gentle embodied practices, you begin to feel your natural aliveness, inner power and pleasure flow more freely within you.

Softness

Safety, acceptance and softness. Slowing down to listen to your body and allowing yourself to be exactly as you are.

Power

Grounding, boundaries and truth. Connecting with an inner power that doesn’t need hardness to be strong.

Pleasure

Aliveness, flow and freedom in the body. Pleasure as a way of being alive, breathing and receiving life.

A Deepening Journey

Embodied Feminine Wisdom is a three-part somatic workshop series for women, exploring different layers of softness, power and pleasure.

The three evenings build on each other, creating a safe process in which you can gradually open and deepen your connection with yourself.

This is not about performing or achieving, but about creating space to surrender to the flow of life and be fully yourself.

Connecting Within

The evenings include gentle embodied practices, meditation, conscious breathing, moments of movement and stillness, as well as space for reflection and sharing.

The practices invite you to return to your body and reconnect with your own feminine wisdom and the natural rhythm within you where softness, power and aliveness can flow freely.

You don’t need any previous experience of meditation or embodied practices – only a willingness to slow down and listen to yourself.

“Thank you, Laura, for the time to pause and listen to myself and the wisdom of my body. You guide your workshops gently and responsibly, and everything is truly professional, including the follow-up afterwards. I highly recommend Laura’s workshops.”

“This was like a little retreat in the middle of everyday life.”

“The space for free movement and dance was especially meaningful for me. Thank you for making it possible!”

Feedback from previous times

“Thank you, Laura. The atmosphere was so wonderfully gentle, and the practices felt really good. It was easier to fall asleep in the evening and in the morning I had more energy than usual.”

“I realize that I really needed, for once, to focus entirely on myself and be surprised by how it actually felt to be in my body. For the first time in a long while, I was able to truly relax. And I could immediately see the difference in how well I slept.”

“I love the way you hold space. With so much gentleness, firmness, freedom and love”

No. You can come exactly as you are, with no previous experience of meditation or embodied practices.

Can I come on my own?

Absolutely. Most participants come on their own. The atmosphere is warm, accepting and safe, and you are welcome exactly as you are.

What should I bring?

Comfortable, flexible clothing, perhaps a warm sweater and socks, a water bottle and an open mind. The space is cosy and inviting, and everything else you need will be provided.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does “sharing” mean? Do I have to share my experiences with the group?

No. Sharing is completely optional, and you can share as much or as little as feels right for you – or nothing at all. Sharing can take the form of words, silence, a look, or simply being present. What matters most is that you listen to yourself.

What if I’m shy or nervous?

That is completely okay. You never need to cross your own boundaries, and you can participate in the practices in whatever way feels right for you. Everything is guided gently and clearly, with respect for your own space and the space of others.
