What Happens in a Session

Your coaching journey begins by exploring your desires, challenges, and aspirations. Together, we create a clear, embodied Vision that reflects where you want to go and how you want to feel.

Each 75 minute session is crafted to meet you where you are, empowering you to move toward a more meaningful, and pleasurable life. You can expect a balance of insightful conversation, holistic practices, and practical integration:

  1. Insightful Conversations
    Each session starts with a focused discussion about the themes we are working on – whether it’s love, empowerment, or sexuality. We clarify your goals, celebrate your progress, uncover what’s holding you back, and identify actionable steps to move forward.

  2. Holistic Practices
    My coaching goes beyond talking; it’s about embodiment and connection. You’ll experience powerful somatic practices designed to help you connect with your body, rewire your nervous system, regulate your emotions, release blockages, and align with your authentic self. These practices may include visualization, meditation, breathwork, energy awareness, movement, sound, pleasure-based practices, inner-child work, exploring the inner feminine and masculine, and working with different sub-personalities to bring greater self-awareness, integration, and empowerment.

  3. Reflection and Integration
    At the end of each session, we reflect on your experiences and insights. Together, we define simple, personalized actions or practices for you to explore between sessions, deepening your transformation.

Between Sessions

Your growth continues between sessions with personalized materials to support your journey. This material can vary and may include:

  • Practical exercises shared via email to guide your practice at home.

  • Reflection questions or journaling prompts to deepen your insights and self-awareness.

  • Useful insights and information tailored to your goals, helping you stay inspired and focused.

  • Guided audios for meditation, mindfulness, or specific practices to enhance your progress.

These resources are thoughtfully taylored to suit your unique needs, allowing you to integrate the work we do together into your daily life in a way that feels natural and supportive.
