What Happens in a Session
We will shape your coaching journey based on your unique needs, allowing space for transformation to unfold naturally. Sessions are held online via Zoom, offering a safe and private space where you can fully engage from the comfort of your home, no matter where you are in the world.
Your journey begins by exploring your desires, challenges, and aspirations. Together, we create a clear, embodied Vision that reflects where you want to go and how you want to feel.
Each session is crafted to meet you where you are, empowering you to move toward a more meaningful, and pleasurable life. You can expect a balance of insightful conversation, holistic practices, and practical integration:
Insightful Conversations
Each session starts with a focused discussion about the themes we are working on – whether it’s love, empowerment, or sexuality. We clarify your goals, celebrate your progress, uncover what’s holding you back, and identify actionable steps to move forward.Holistic Practices
My coaching goes beyond talking; it’s about embodiment and connection. You’ll experience powerful somatic practices designed to help you connect with your body, rewire your nervous system, regulate your emotions, release blockages, and align with your authentic self. These practices may include visualization, meditation, breathwork, energy awareness, movement, sound, pleasure-based practices, inner-child work, exploring the inner feminine and masculine, and working with different sub-personalities to bring greater self-awareness, integration, and empowerment.Reflection and Integration
At the end of each session, we reflect on your experiences and insights. Together, we define simple, personalized actions or practices for you to explore between sessions, deepening your transformation.Between sessions
After each session, I send you a personal reflection with key insights and notes to support integration. When it feels supportive, I may offer simple practices or points of focus to help you stay connected to what we’ve explored and bring it into your daily life. There is no pressure to do this perfectly. The intention is not to add more to your plate, but to help the transformation continue naturally between sessions.You’re welcome to share reflections or questions between sessions if something important arises. I may not always respond immediately, but I will read and respond as soon as I can.
